All prices are inclusive of tax and Shipping Fee.
You can pay by credit card through online payments system.　You don’t need to send us your credit card information. You can pay when you apply, or we send you payment form by e-mail.
The payment is due within 5 days from the date on your invoice.
If you don’t pay within 5 days, it shall be deemed that you cancel the application.
This company doesn’t accept customer requests for returns or exchanges.
In the case of cancellation by customer requests, we will refund the amount excluding the actual cost, handling fee, shipping fee, etc.
It usually takes about 1-3 weeks from payment to delivery, but for made-to-order and out-of-stock items, it takes about 1-2 months from payment to delivery. If out of stock, we will notify you that shipping will be delayed.
